At Rudgate Rooster Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure that your coffee experience is as enjoyable as possible. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

30-Day Return Period

You have a generous 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. We want you to have ample time to assess your purchase and make sure it's just right for you.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy; simply reach out to us at We'll guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that haven't been requested in advance.

Damages and Issues

In the rare event that your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We'll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns for these items.


If you'd like to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have a unique right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned earlier.


Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
